RAHU IN 6TH HOUSE/ RAHU 6 BHAV MEIN

Rahu is the north node of the moon . It is a powerful planet and represents mysticism , illusions and fantasy. It is a shadow planet and even though ,  it does not have a physical body it still has a very strong influence on our lives. The 6th house in astrology represents illnesses, diseases, obstacles , enemies, court cases, loans and debts, competition , conflicts,  animals , health and vitality, daily routine , maternal uncle and maternal relatives, divorce etc.

6th house is also known as a "upachaya" house , which means growth. The 6th house grows and gets better with time. Although it is a malefic house , malefic planets like rahu , mars and saturn perform very well in these houses and they get better with time. Rahu also gives some peculiarity to the house , which it occupies. It is an unorthodox planet and does not believe in following the norms and rules followed by the society. It always aspires to do something unique and different , which is abnormal in some manner.

 In the 6th house , it can give some unique and unusual habits to the native , which he/she would do in their daily life routine. The diseases and illnesses carried by the native would be quite rare and strange in some way. It can show diseases related to microorganisms, pox , parasites  and worms as rahu represents these. As it is a shadowy planet , it can also make it difficult to find out what the actual cause of the illness is . Depending on the sign which it occupies in the 6th house , the quality of the results would vary. If Rahu occupies an earthy sign like taurus, virgo or capricorn then it performs the best and gives the best results because these are the signs of the  original artha houses. The earth element signs are very good for things related to job, wealth and profession because they have the tendency to accumulate and have a strong foundation. Rahu would also do well in air signs like gemini, libra or aquarius . Air signs are good  for professions related to communication or aviation. The sign of aquarius is rahu's mooltrikona sign , so it would be very strong in that sign. Rahu in aquarius can also show someone whose profession is related to helping people and such an individual could be involved with dealing with a large network of individuals and working towards humanitarian causes. In the fire signs like aries , leo and sagittarius rahu can become too obsessed and goal oriented. On the positive side , it can make the individual ambitious,  courageous and an achiever in life , but sometimes due to the high fire element , they can lose their sense of direction and can become quite impulsive and impatient. In the water signs , rahu becomes lost and more emotional specially in the sign of scorpio . The watery environment is not suitable for it to perform its best. In the sign of cancer , it can become quite emotional and nurturant towards people and can do well in fields of nursing or where they have to take care of something. In the sign of pisces , it becomes more imaginative and tries to adopt very unique and different habits in his/her lifestyle.
