Venus and saturn both are best friends to each other . This is a very good conjunction to have because this conjunction makes you very creative and here saturn also makes you understand the dark side of love , relationships . He shows you that love is actually blind in which one you are trapped you see nothing , people with this conjunction tend to suffer and suck at relationships early in their life and understand that love comes with maturity , and so later on in their life they very successfully handle relationships . From early on they fear love and romance because of their past bad experiences . They hesitate and fear of falling in love , as a result they turn out to be very shy , cautious ,reserved and cold when it comes to love . These people from early on understand and realize that happiness does not lie in all the fancy and luxurious items , it lies in the good and innate nature of people . 
Many successful people like bill gates have this conjunction , it is also very good for wealth .

On the brighter side of this , these people are very hardworking when it comes to doing anything creative , they will practice that same thing over and over again .
